• Do you offer fixed fees?

  Yes, we offer fixed fees for most of our packages or services.

  If we are unable to offer a fixed fee for your project, we will provide you with an estimate before we start any work.

• What do you mean by "franchise specialists"?

  When we say we're "franchise specialists", we mean that franchising is what we do.

  We provide legal services to the franchise industry, and we have been providing legal services to the franchise industry since 1985. So, we know a lot about franchising and the franchise industry.

  We don't write wills, or handle divorces, or provide advice on aged care matters. We work day in day out on franchising and business growth projects. 

• Do you offer quick turn around times?

  Yes. If your project is urgent, we are generally able to prioritise your work. If for some reason we are not able to accommodate your timing requirements, we will tell you before we start working together. That way, you can decide whether you want to wait to work with us.
